General Information



Only one application form is to be submitted by an applicant seeking admission to any two Master's Degree Programmes. Applicants may state their choice of programme as their First (1st) or Second (2nd) preference. Applicants wishing to apply for more than two programmes may fill more than one application form, as required. There is no limit on the number of programmes which an applicant may apply for. Each application form must be submitted along with DD of Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of School of Planning and Architecture, payable at New Delhi. Alternatively, the applicant may deposit Rs.1000/- (plus bank charges of Rs.60/- for local and Rs.100/- for outstation candidates) at any CBS branch of UCO Bank in SPA A/c. No. 18200110004791 and submit the counterfoil, duly signed by the applicant, along with the application form. Applicant who downloaded the form is required to pay Rs.1100/- in the above mentioned mode of payment. Copies of the certificates, mark sheets, etc. are to be attached with the application form.

Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application form available from selected branches of UCO Bank in Delhi – IIPA (I.P.Estate, Ring Road), Defence Colony (Near Mool Chand Flyover), Connaught Place (Near Marina Hotel), Karol Bagh (Arya Samaj Road), Som Vihar (R.K. Puram), Punjabi Bagh (Ring Road) against payment of Rs.100/- and by post from the School against payment of Rs.150/- through DD in favour of School of Planning and Architecture payable at New Delhi. Payment by cheque is not acceptable.

Candidates who have appeared in the prescribed qualifying examinations and whose results have not yet been declared may also apply.

The academic session will commence on 25th July 2011. Candidates admitted to various courses are requested to report on the opening day, failing which their admission shall be treated as cancelled unless extension of time is requested for and granted by the School.

Fees and other deposits may be refunded as per rules in case the candidate leaves the course.

Last date of Application forms from notified branches of UCO Bank is 4th June 2011.

Last Date of receipt of completed application forms by the School at the Counter and by Registered post or Online is 7th June 2011.
